GUIDES
Sponsors pay a fixed amount every matchday. They’re one of the safer parts of your budget.

The amount you sign is credited on every matchday while the deal lasts. More filled slots means a calmer wage bill. From version 1.8.11 the office shows icons for the current sponsors, matching the finances view.

up to six slots, each with its own contract.
an extra slot, only while you are in the national cup.
an extra slot, only while you are in the Champions League, Europa League or Conference League.
Empty slots offer a negotiation. You receive 2 or 3 offers a day, each with income per matchday and a one-time payment when you sign. New offers appear on a countdown that resets at 13:00 Europe/Berlin. You can accept or reject. A rejected slot stays empty until the next offer. You don’t have to take a weak shirt deal on the first morning. But don’t leave the shirt empty for a month while you shop for players.
The two cup-related boards are visible only while the club is still in that competition. Income is paid on every matchday, like the other sponsors, and only while you remain in the cup. Elimination ends the contract immediately. The slot goes, and so does the income. Prizes for reaching a round are separate and is listed under competitions.
At season end every sponsorship contract expires. Negotiate all of the slots again at the start of the new season, before the transfer market. Managers who only watch fees, and skip this screen, run out of income for the wages. The forecast on finances assumes the deals you have actually signed, not the ones you meant to sign.
Sponsor income is in-game club income. It has nothing to do with FMP or Premium. The optional subscription is a different product, described on Premium.
