This Privacy Policy explains how Knut Becker (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use Football Manager Pro (FMP) on the web, iOS, or Android (the “Service”), available at https://play.footballmanager.pro.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the information necessary to operate Football Manager Pro, including account details (such as manager name and email address), game progress, technical information, and device tokens for push notifications. Google Analytics and Firebase may collect usage and diagnostic data to help us understand and improve the Service.

Payments are processed by the relevant provider, such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple, or Google. We store the transaction references and account status needed to manage purchases. We do not store full payment card details.

We may also process information you provide when contacting support. On the website footballmanager.pro we use a cookie banner (Complianz) that stores your consent choice in a small cookie so that we can remember it. Google Analytics on the website is only loaded after you accept statistics cookies. Our contact form on the Support page is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 and stores the details you submit (name, email address, topic and message) so that we can reply.

3. Why We Process Data

We use this information to operate and secure the game, manage accounts and purchases, deliver notifications, provide support, and understand and improve the Service. We also process data where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional analytics/cookies where required), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Service providers process data only on our instructions, or under their own terms when they are the seller of record: Google (Analytics, Firebase, Google Play billing), Apple (App Store billing and notifications), and, on the website only, PayPal and Stripe. Our hosting and email providers also process data needed to run the Service.

6. International transfers

Servers and providers may be located outside Thailand (including the EU/EEA, US, or other regions). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

7. Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. After deletion or prolonged inactivity, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, unless longer retention is required by law (for example security logs or accounting).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact info@footballmanager.pro. You may also use our Delete Account page.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are in the EEA and under 16, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

10. Cookies, analytics and reCAPTCHA

Cookie banner: When you first visit footballmanager.pro we ask for your consent to cookies and similar technologies. Necessary storage is always active. Statistics are only used if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Manage Consent” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics: With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) to understand in aggregate how the website and the game are used, for example which pages are viewed and from which country. Google may process data such as pseudonymous identifiers, device and browser information and approximate location. Without your consent the Analytics script is not loaded on the website. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where it applies.

Google reCAPTCHA v3: To protect the contact form on our Support page against spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. It runs in the background and analyses your interaction with the page, and it transmits data such as your IP address, browser information and mouse or touch behaviour to Google. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
