Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Football Manager Pro (FMP) (“Service”), provided by Knut Becker, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Service (web, iOS, or Android), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Football Manager Pro is an online football manager game. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as we improve and operate the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are in the EEA and under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person should not abuse multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, scrape, or automate the Service unfairly;
harass other managers or abuse support channels;
attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Virtual items and progress

In-game balances, teams, players, and progress have no cash value outside the Service unless we expressly state otherwise. We may adjust game balance for fairness and sustainability.

6. Premium and credits

Football Manager Pro itself is free. A Premium Account is optional. Premium holders receive extra features, statistics, and convenience. The game remains fully playable without it. Premium is a monthly subscription at USD 1.49 per month, or the local price shown before you confirm. Each billing period includes 5 rename credits. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of 10 credits for USD 3.99, or the local price shown before you confirm. Prices can differ by country in the app stores.

On the website, payment is handled by PayPal or Stripe. In the iOS app, payment is handled only by Apple In-App Purchase. In the Android app, payment is handled only by Google Play Billing. The store price and tax shown at checkout apply.

The Premium subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. On iOS, cancel in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. On the website, cancel from your profile or from your PayPal or Stripe account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. One-time credit packs do not renew.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and content are owned by Knut Becker or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Third-party services

Social logins, Google Analytics, Firebase, PayPal, Stripe, Apple, and Google Play are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knut Becker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
